I've specifically used Miyoko's Organic European Style Cultured Vegan Butter instead of making my own. It has helped save time when I am creating the rest of the meal. This particular vegan butter is made with coconut oil and cashews. Remember to always read ingredient labels to look for allergens. For a sweeter and less garlicky butter, sauté garlic before mixing with other ingredients.
