Soy-free steak fried rice
Fried rice is one of our favorite dishes. However, once we learned our daughter couldn't have soy, we had to look for alternatives. Coconut aminos gave us the flavor we wanted without causing health issues for her.

Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Scramble eggs. Set aside in bowl
Cut steak into cubes. Add remaining olive oil, onions and steak to skillet. Cook 8-10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Reduce to medium heat and add garlic, salt, pepper, ginger and ⅛ cup of coconut aminos. Stir in peas and carrots. Cook 3 minutes.
Stir in eggs and cooked rice. Add remaining coconut aminos and cook additional 2 minutes.
