Instructions
Preheat oven 350º.
Melt coconut oil in 9x13 dish.
Combine flour, 1 cup of sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Pour half of the mixture in the dish.
Combine peaches and a ½ cup of sugar. Pour on top of the batter in the dish.
Pour remaining batter on top of peaches. Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
Bake for 50 minutes.
