Instructions
Preheat oven to 400º. Oil the baking dish and add chicken breasts.
Slice onions and shallots and add to chicken. Wash tomatoes and pour into dish.
Add garlic, basil, and salt. Bake for 40-45 minutes. (Baking times may vary)
