Good, delicious food shouldn’t be hard… and these steaks are easy and delicious! Steaks are a recurring menu item in our house. And we are always finding ways to change them up. Try these tenderloin filets with homemade balsamic glaze or with some garlic and chive vegan butter.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Beef tenderloin steaks
  • ½ tsp coarse salt
  • ½ tsp coarse pepper
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 6 tsp balsamic glaze

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to 450º or medium high heat. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  • Grill steaks about 8 minutes. Flip and add chopped garlic. Cook approximately 8 more minutes or until internal temperature is 145º.
  • Remove from grill. Add chives and drizzle 2 tsp balsamic glaze on each steak.
