It’s hard going out to eat and finding foods that meet our dietary needs. To avoid fried chicken tenders we check to see if the restaurant offers grilled tenders. However, we aren’t always sure what ingredients are in the seasoning. It could have gluten, corn, or soy. Chicken tenders are also a great alternative to the big chicken breasts you may find in the store. Since tenders are more uniform in thickness, they cook more evenly. You can also substitute chicken thighs like we have done, but they also may not cook uniformly.
Pair these chicken tenders with grilled asparagus or our bacon-wrapped green beans recipe.
This particular recipe contains worcestershire sauce that is made with anchovies. So, if you are allergic to fish, check the recipe notes for other options.
