Balsamic Glaze
This balsamic glaze goes well over steak, chicken and vegetables.
Ingredients
- 2 cups balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Combine balsamic vinegar and brown sugar in a small sauce pan on medium heat.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 25 minutes, or until glaze is reduced to a ½ cup.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely before serving.
- Store in the refrigerator.
